Not included
- Your council’s own licence fee. That is separate and paid to your council.
- Submitting the application for you.
- New or changed facts after delivery, such as a house move or a rebuilt room. We will tell you what it would cost before we start.
Cancelling and refunds

| Your council refuses, delays or changes its requirements | No refund. The council’s decision isn’t something we control. |

To claim a place, email us with “First 3” in the subject line and tell us whether you do home boarding or day care. We’ll check it’s a fit and send you the questionnaire.
